Esta serie de máscaras nace de una necesidad profunda de la artista por explorar la identidad, la transformación y las emociones humanas a través de la abstracción y el color. Cada pieza surge de un proceso introspectivo en el que se entretejen recuerdos, intuiciones y fragmentos de vivencias personales. La máscara, lejos de esconder, se convierte aquí en un vehículo de expresión: una forma de hacer visible lo intangible.
This series of masks arises from the artist’s profound need to explore identity, transformation, and human emotions through abstraction and color. Each piece emerges from an introspective process in which memories, intuitions, and fragments of personal experiences intertwine. The mask, far from concealing, becomes here a vehicle of expression: a way to make the intangible visible.

Cada obra es el resultado de una búsqueda simbólica y material. Son intentos de nombrar lo innombrable, de dar cuerpo a lo invisible. Las formas que emergen contienen huellas de pensamientos, estados de ánimo y contradicciones que atraviesan a la artista. Al materializarse, estas presencias invitan al espectador a cuestionar la idea de identidad como algo fijo, mostrando en cambio su carácter fragmentario, cambiante y emocional.
Each work is the result of a symbolic and material search. They are attempts to name the unnamable, to give form to the invisible. The emerging shapes carry traces of thoughts, moods, and contradictions that the artist experiences. As they take material form, these presences invite the viewer to question the idea of identity as something fixed, instead revealing its fragmentary, changing, and emotional nature.
Este proyecto es también una defensa del tiempo lento, del gesto manual y del trabajo paciente. Cada máscara es una capa de reflexión transformada en objeto, una síntesis entre lo íntimo y lo colectivo. En ellas se condensa una poética de lo humano que no busca respuestas, sino que plantea preguntas desde la materia, el color y la forma.
This project is also a celebration of slow time, manual gesture, and patient work. Each mask is a layer of reflection transformed into an object—a synthesis of the intimate and the collective. Within them, a poetics of the human is condensed, one that does not seek answers but raises questions through material, color, and form.
METODOLOGÍA
1. Inspiración e introspección
La artista recoge sensaciones, recuerdos y emociones que nutren la idea inicial. Es un momento de conexión profunda consigo misma y con su mundo interior.
2. Exploración y experimentación
A través de pruebas con materiales, colores y formas, da forma a esas emociones, dejando que el impulso creativo guíe el proceso sin restricciones rígidas.
3. Construcción y elaboración
Transforma las exploraciones en piezas concretas, equilibrando composición, textura y significado para comunicar la intención emocional y conceptual.
4. Reflexión y diálogo
Revisa el trabajo acabado, analiza su impacto y abre espacios para el intercambio con el público, permitiendo que la obra siga viva y en evolución.
